Faux by Joyce
... decorative and faux painting throughout the glorious state of Florida
A variety of texturing techniques can be applied to enhance almost any object. Below, we show examples of a few of Joyce's creations in this area. These techniques can be used to decorate accessories to complement and highlight the decor of your home or office.
Below left is an old brown wood chair, decorated with hand-painted country designs. Below right is a formerly drab brown coffee table, enhanced with Hunter Green antiquing and marbelized slates.
On the right, we've included the results of a recent kitchen project using faux and decorative painting techniques. Below are examples of the glass accessories designed and painted to complement the kitchen decor.
